For day today progress will be communicated to client through WA group and if any major finding will be communicated immediately. In addition, for prudent monitoring update S-curve monitoring (as required)

9.2 QA/QC Reporting Structure
Result of Inspection and testing will be recorded and analyse through standard and approved procedure. Record form exists into Respective operational Procedure.
